「Mechabellum is a game that we intend to release as a Free to Play title in the future, with an array of systems and models to support the game long-term. As we are a small team of developers, we want to ensure the base game is in the most stable and balanced state as possible with the polish and level of quality that the game must be in to be successful in a competitive space. With a strong need to have a fair, balanced, and even experience to be a rewarding competitive experience for our players, we will release it into early access so that early adopters can be part of the process to balance Mechabellum for satisfying competitive play. These early pioneers will help shape the future of Mechabellum as we move toward version 1.0.」

「Our estimation is that the game will be in Early Access for 12 months.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「Like many other great multiplayer games such as CSGO and Starcraft 2, Mechabellum is intended go into Free to Play when all of the systems are ready. When that happens, everyone who bought the game will also receive a special bundle of rewards that will be unavailable for purchase any other way as a gesture of appreciation for supporting us. Our goal is that this will be at the time of the full release.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「Mechabellum is already fully-featured with Commanders, units, maps, 1v1 battles, 2v2 battles, account progression, and an in-game tournament system to allow you to compete with other players worldwide. Additionally, game modes such as Survival allow you to test your might against waves of AI enemies. The status of the development is that we will continue to tweak, bug fix, and balance the game with feedback from our early adopters.」

遊戲售價在搶先體驗期間前後會有所變動嗎？

「During Early Access, the game will require a one-off purchase. After Early Access, we will make the game Free to Play, rewarding our Early Access community with exclusive content that will be unavailable any other way.」

在開發過程中，您打算如何與社群互動？

「Community feedback and input will be crucial during the Early Access period to ensure that the game is balanced fairly, that the matchmaking and multiplayer systems are functioning properly, and to help us build a premier competitive experience within the game.

While we are a small team, we will be gathering feedback from Steam Discussions, Discord, Twitter, and anywhere else that our community creates channels of feedback to us.」
